Initiating the process of creating a fiberglass mold artist, Beverly Hill Smith, out of Houston, TX carved the form out of urethane foam in sections. Once carved the foam sections are placed together to insure they fit properly before shipping to the fiberglass fabricator for fabrication of the mold and casting of the forms.
